These Terms of Service apply when you visit https://milgadget.com, use our store, or buy products from MilGadget. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under local law are not limited by these terms.

About MilGadget

Products and descriptions

We try to provide accurate product information, images, prices, shipping estimates, and availability. Product colors, packaging, and minor details can vary because of supplier updates, screen settings, or production changes. We do not claim official military affiliation, certification, or performance unless it is clearly supported by supplier documentation.

Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. We may refuse, cancel, or limit an order where necessary, including if a product is unavailable, pricing is incorrect, payment fails, fraud risk is detected, shipping is not possible, or the order appears to breach these terms or applicable law.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in the currencies enabled in the store and may include or exclude taxes depending on your location and checkout settings. Payment is processed through Shopify and supported payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

Shipping, returns, and refunds
