What we collect, why, and what we never do with it.

Controller
What we collect
- Waitlist signups: email, optional first name, use case, consent timestamp, source page.
- Order data: name, shipping address, contact details and payment confirmation for approved purchases.
- Optional analytics data when you allow analytics cookies.
- Optional campaign measurement data when you separately allow marketing cookies.
Why we collect it
To send launch updates you consented to, ship and support orders, and improve the product based on what people actually use.
Optional technologies
Google Analytics loads only after analytics consent. Meta Pixel loads only after marketing consent. You can accept, reject, or change either category from “Cookie preferences” in the footer.
Processors
Shopify and configured payment, hosting, email, analytics, advertising, shipping and support providers process only the data needed for their role. The final provider list, transfer safeguards and retention schedule must be approved before launch.
Waitlist abuse prevention
Waitlist protection uses server-keyed email and network-address digests that rotate each UTC hour. Raw network addresses are not retained in those counters. Counter buckets are removed after 48 hours by the next limiter call; the production database configuration and deletion behavior must still be verified before launch.
Your rights
You can request your data, correct it, or have it deleted at any time — email support@milgadget.com.
Storage
Hosting and processing locations, international-transfer safeguards and retention periods must be listed and approved before launch. Order data may be processed by configured payment and shipping partners as needed to fulfil an approved order.
