Trust system · Safe automation

Automation can suggest. QA decides.

MilGadget is designed to use AI for research, briefs, product scoring, and draft copy, while keeping product publishing, ordering, refunds, ad budget increases, and legal edits behind human approval.

Public promise

If a product has not passed QA, it remains a candidate. That means no add-to-cart button, no checkout, no fake scarcity, no unsupported performance claims, and no implied official military use.

Approval path

From candidate to approved drop

This is the customer-facing summary of the guardrail system. The same rules continue to apply after checkout becomes available for an individual approved product.

Stage 01

Candidate

Evidence collection

A supplier item is only a candidate after a live read identifies it and a dated evidence record is opened.

Stage 02

Private check

Supplier evidence needed

We check cost, shipping lanes, delivery days, stock, image rights, return path, packaging and risky claim wording.

Stage 03

Sample review

Proof before claims

Promising products move to sample or test-order review. Copy stays conservative until real evidence exists.

Stage 04

Approved drop

All gates still required

Only a current human-approved product can become buyable, and only while every global, market, content and availability gate also passes.

Supplier check

Confirm warehouse, stock, private cost, image rights, packaging, return handling, and contact path before a product can move forward.

Shipping check

Capture delivery days, destination coverage, shipping cost, tracking availability, and oversize risk before price or checkout goes live.

Claims check

Block military, rescue, certified safety, surveillance, medical, battery, or waterproof claims unless supplier documents support them.

Margin check

Estimate contribution after product cost, shipping, payment fees, expected returns, and first paid-acquisition tests.

Customer-support check

Prepare support replies, refund wording, shipping wording, and escalation rules before the first order is accepted.

Publish check

Only approved products can show buy buttons. Candidate products show waitlist forms, honest status, and no false stock urgency.

Supplier evidence readiness

No live candidate queue is asserted here

Hertwill, Syncee and AppScenic connections exist, but live candidates, completed evidence and samples remain UNKNOWN in this storefront. The authoritative approved count is treated as zero until the server proves current Postgres evidence binding.
