14-day right of withdrawal
EU customers may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, no reason required.
Condition
Items must be returned in original condition with original packaging. We may reduce the refund if the product has been used beyond what is needed to inspect it.
How to start a return
Email support@milgadget.com with your order number. We reply with a labelled return path within 2 business days.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
Damaged or wrong items
Tell us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo. We arrange replacement or full refund — no return shipping cost to you.
