Where we ship
We ship across the EU first. Other regions open as supplier QA expands.
Processing time
Approved orders are processed within 2 business days.
Transit times
Most EU destinations arrive in 3–7 business days from dispatch. We publish a per-product shipping confidence note on every product page.
Tracking
You get a tracking link by email as soon as the carrier scans the parcel.
Customs & duties
Orders within the EU include applicable VAT. Orders outside the EU may be subject to customs duties paid on delivery.
