Market- and product-specific delivery information.
Effective date: 23 August 2026. This draft is not legal sign-off. Checkout must remain disabled until the shipping matrix, charges and supplier commitments are verified for every enabled market and product.
Trader
Where we deliver
Delivery is offered only when the destination is enabled in checkout and the selected product has a verified supplier route. The available destination, shipping method and charge shown in Shopify checkout are authoritative for that order.
Processing and delivery estimate
We do not publish a store-wide processing or transit promise. The product page and checkout must show the verified estimate for the product, supplier, carrier and destination before the customer orders. If that matrix entry is missing or stale, the product must not be sold.
Shipping charges and split parcels
The total shipping charge must be disclosed before the order is placed. When products may ship from different approved suppliers, checkout or the order confirmation must clearly disclose the possibility of separate parcels and estimates.
Tracking and delays
Tracking availability is product- and carrier-specific and must be disclosed before purchase. Customers can contact support@milgadget.com about a missed estimate; statutory remedies are not limited by this policy.
Taxes
The price and any applicable tax shown in checkout must be verified for the delivery destination. MilGadget will not enable a destination until its tax treatment has been reviewed.
