Effective date: 23 August 2026. This document requires final review for every enabled sales market before checkout is activated.

Who we are

MilGadget is a civilian field-utility brand selling everyday gear for travel, vehicle, boat, work bags and EDC.

Product claims

We don't make medical, military, certified-waterproof, survival, rescue, body-armor or weapon-adjacent claims. For dry bags and pouches we describe splash, rain and general outdoor protection only, unless supplier documentation proves more.

Orders

The immediate Shopify message is an automated acknowledgement, not human acceptance of the order. A person reviews stock, destination, price and risk before MilGadget sends acceptance and, where the configured payment method supports it, captures an authorized payment. We may refuse or cancel before acceptance for a pricing error, stock issue, unsupported destination or suspected fraud; any captured amount must then be refunded. The exact contract-formation wording and manual-capture setup require market-specific legal and payment-provider approval before launch.

Pricing & currency

The final checkout must show the currency, total price, shipping charge and applicable tax treatment for the selected destination before the order is submitted. A market remains disabled until those calculations are verified.

Payments

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment details are collected and processed by Shopify and the payment provider selected there; MilGadget does not collect or store complete card numbers in this storefront. The payment-readiness gate must remain closed until authorization/manual-capture behavior and the human review workflow are verified with every enabled payment method.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any additional limitation requires market-specific legal review before launch.

We may update these terms; the latest version is always at this URL.
